The Arden School of Theatre provided me with everything I needed for the industry. Working with tutors who have years of industry knowledge was very inspiring, and to learn from their experiences was fantastic. Classes include not only acting training for Stage and Screen, but movement classes, vocal classes, radio production and more. All this training has helped me have all the tools of the trade I need to be ready for the industry.

I left with an acting showreel, filmed by a professional crew, an audio showreel, and a showcase performance at varies venues including The Leicester Square Theatre. Since leaving I have been signed to a top London agent. My time at The Arden School was everything I wished it would be, and I loved every minute.

The Arden School of Theatre has changed my life. I have been given some of the most amazing opportunities that I will be forever grateful for, I have been able to travel and work with some of the best theatre makers around from the likes of; Made In China to Bryony Kimmings.

The Arden has made me conquer and build myself as an artist and with that I can only thank the theatre and performance tutors for the constant help and support throughout my time at the Arden. I am now working towards making myself a better all round artist, from the Arden I will take away all the tools I could possibly need to be my own artist and 1001 memories and friends for life. So Arden I thank you for that.

The acting tutors at The Arden provide a training that is personal, committed and above all, teaches you to be proud of who you are as a person and an actor. Since leaving training I have been lucky enough to go straight into professional paid acting work at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, performing with a professional circus and work daily as a character actor in a children’s theme park.

Where I am now is firmly down to my training at The Arden, as the focus is on hard work, self-reliance and constantly working on your craft. The Arden taught me to be comfortable with myself and that I don’t need to become an actor, I already am one.

Growing up, I came to understand that 'home' isn't just a physical place; it's the supportive community that surrounds you. After auditioning at various drama schools, The Arden School of Theatre emerged as the place where I felt most comfortable and confident in my performances, which played a pivotal role in my decision. This was due to the dedicated tutors, with their wealth of industry experience and genuine passion for the craft. Their guidance, patience, and enthusiasm infused every lesson with inspiration and insight.

Alongside my fellow talented students, who quickly became like family, we embraced the importance of teamwork and camaraderie, being generous and forgiving in rehearsals and in performances, allowing creativity to flourish and empowering us to grow as an ensemble and as companions. State-of-the-art facilities and collaborations with institutions like the Manchester Film School further enriched our experiences.

Despite the initial challenges in this profession, the joy and fulfillment of pursuing my passion made every moment worthwhile. The Arden not only helped me step out of my comfort zone and take risks but also instilled in me a deeper love for the art of acting, that bursts with passion, whimsicality and charisma.

Looking back, I'm proud to call The Arden my 'home', and I'm thankful for the foundation it provided as I am grateful to continue my journey as a professional actor. I only hope to inspire others, the way others have inspired me.
